Claire Rogan was appointed as PWR’s first Independent Non-Executive Director in September 2023 and Chairs the Audit and Risk Committee.

Claire has spent her career in and around growth businesses.  After a career in private equity, both in advisory and subsequently as Investment Director overseeing a number of successful acquisitions in the sport, leisure, retail and professional services sectors, Claire was Co-Founder, Board Director and CFO of Two Circles.  Over the period of her leadership the business grew from her kitchen table, via investment from WPP plc and Bruin Sports Capital, to a multi-national business servicing the 6 largest sports rights holders in the world by revenue.  She now spends her time providing board level support and financial strategy advice to similar businesses.

Claire has long been an active supporter of women’s sport both professionally and personally; from her university days as President of the Women’s Sports Society (the Ospreys), coaching grassroots hockey, to her current role as Match Manager of the Sir Paul Getty’s Women’s Invitational XI at Wormsley Cricket Ground.
