Gavin has overall responsibility for the Bristol Sport Group, which includes managing the commercial entity of Bristol Sport and the five professional teams across three clubs (Bristol City Men & Women, Bristol Bears Men & Women, Bristol Flyers).

Gavin holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Bristol University and completed MBA at Bath University. He is Chair of City Women and sits as a director on all the sporting clubs’ boards along with Ashton Gate and Bristol Sport. He is also a trustee of the Bristol Sport Foundation.
