PWR FAN ENGAGEMENT

INTRODUCTION TO FAN ENGAGEMENT

PWR's mission is to grow the league and support the growth of women's rugby as a whole, whilst also ensuring that our fans feel like their voice is heard and valued. The PWR has such a diverse and passionate fanbase, and the intention of this Fan Engagement Plan is to make sure they remain part of the journey at such a pivotal time for the sport.

As a part of this, the league is implementing an official PWR Fan Forum, which will allow fans direct access to PWR leadership to share their thoughts and concerns. Details on the PWR Fan Forum are contained within the Fan Engagement Plan document.

If you are interested in joining the PWR Fan Forum, or know anyone who might be, contact [email protected] and we will provide more detail on the process and connect you with your chosen Club.

Your Voices Matter

"Premiership Women’s Rugby has enjoyed a period of rapid growth since its inception two seasons ago, thanks in no small part to the incredible support of the PWR fans. As we look to continue our growth in the months and years to come, I believe it is vital to place fans at the heart of our decision making.

"Your voices matter and as we look ahead to a bright future for women’s rugby and PWR, we’re committing to not just listening to your feedback but acting on it to create real change.

"I am excited to launch the Fan Engagement Plan for 2025/26 and working closely with Gemma and Fanfare Sport in such an important year for our sport."

I'm excited to hear your feedback

"I have had the pleasure of working with PWR for the last two seasons and during this time, I have seen how seriously the whole team takes fan engagement, at every level of the organisation.

"As part of a huge year for the sport, I’m thrilled to be publishing this plan alongside Genevieve and the PWR team. It's an exciting step which showcases PWR's commitment to learning and embeds women’s rugby fans into the decision-making process.

"I'm excited to hear your feedback so we can further understand what matters to women's rugby fans, whether it's tailoring the matchday experience to your needs or creating content that resonates with you. Women’s rugby is only going to grow and by supporting this plan, I’m thrilled to be part of it."
