Executive Chair Genevieve Shore was appointed to lead the Board of Premiership Women’s Rugby in October 2022. Having won the Rugby World Cup with England in 1994 this felt like coming home.

Her executive career was dominated by working in publishing in various roles, including Global Digital.

Director of Penguin Group, Chief Digital Officer and then CIO for Pearson PLC.

Genevieve has also had a wide portfolio of Non-Executive Director positions across organisations including Santander UK, Lego Education, Money Supermarket PLC, Arup LTD, Scottish Television and the RFU.

Genevieve also invests in EdTech start ups, distilleries and runs her own property and retail business.
