About Lucy

Lucy is a dynamic executive and board member with expertise spanning professional sport, entrepreneurial ventures, and social impact. As an accomplished CEO, Lucy is highly skilled in leading transformational change, most recently as the Group CEO of Saracens Group.

In 2011, Lucy acquired Premier Team Promotions Ltd (PTP), which included MBN Events and the UK Investor Show. With over 15 years of experience in the events industry, Lucy and her team grew PTP Ltd into a market leader. In 2015, Lucy co-founded the Esports Awards, the most prestigious night in the esports calendar and the only global awards show dedicated to recognizing excellence in esports.

From 2020 to 2024, Lucy led Saracens Group as Group CEO, successfully guiding the organisation through the challenges of COVID-19, a capital raise, and a difficult transition from relegation to championship status, ultimately returning both the men’s and women’s rugby teams to English champions.

In 2024, Lucy acquired majority ownership of the London Mavericks Netball team, one of the eight franchises in the new Netball Super League. This acquisition is another example of her commitment to driving the success of women’s sport at the highest level.

Lucy has held numerous high profile board seats, including Saracens Group, Premiership Rugby Ltd, Premiership Women’s Rugby Ltd, Esports Awards (MEGA Ltd), Benchmark Sports Group, and the Netball Super League. She is also a member of the Advisory Board of 'Women Of Union,' advocating for greater female representation and leadership within sport.

In addition to her executive roles, Lucy is a former captain of the Wales Lacrosse team, having represented her country at three World Cups and earning over 70 international caps.
