Bo Westcombe-Evans' four tries on her 50th appearance helped Loughborough Lightning to a derby win over Leicester Tigers
Saracens also went big against local rivals Trailfinders Women as eight different scorers dotted down, scoring 57 unanswered points.
Meanwhile, the day began with a thrilling draw between Sale Sharks and Exeter Chiefs as the visitors failed to kick the winning conversion at the death.
Sale Sharks 26-26 Exeter Chiefs
Exeter Chiefs enjoyed their second draw of the season as they fought back to tie Sale Sharks 26-26.
The home side drew first blood as Rhona Lloyd scored her fifth try of the campaign in just the sixth minute before Shona Campbell surged Sale further ahead.
Chiefs hit back to lead by two at half-time thanks to scores from Amy Rule and Maisy Allen, but the second half followed the first as Sharks again built a strong lead.
Gwen Pyrs pushed Sale back in front fresh from the restart before Morwenna Talling followed her over from close range to see the hosts hold a 12-point advantage in the 48th minute.
Emily Robinson dragged Chiefs back into the game before a Hope Rogers try on 78 minutes, and a missed conversion saw both teams take three points in a bonus-point draw.
Loughborough Lightning 50-15 Leicester Tigers
Bo Westcombe-Evans's four scores helped Loughborough Lightning to a 50-15 win over Leicester Tigers in the East Midlands derby.
Georgie Lingham had moved Leicester ahead in the early moments of the game with a stunning run, but the hosts were not behind for long as Lucia Scott dotted down to level the score as Helen Nelson nailed the conversion to move her side ahead.
Kathryn Treder extended her side’s lead from a maul before Westcombe-Evans flew over to score on her 50th appearance.
Eneka Labeyrie hit back for Tigers, but Westcombe-Evans' second saw Lightning hold a 16-point lead at half-time.
The winger then got her third in an action-packed second half that saw Kendall Waudby go over and Lucy Calladine earn a brace, either side of an Emily Henrich consolation third for Leicester.
Westcombe-Evans ended the game with her fourth to bring up the half-century for Loughborough.
Trailfinders 5-57 Women Saracens
Saracens showed they still reign supreme in London with a commanding win over Trailfinders Women.
Francesca McGhie flew down the wing to open the scoring for the hosts, but Trailfinders could do nothing about the onslaught from Saracens.
Sydney Gregson got their first, with Packer adding a second 10 minutes later, and it was one-way traffic thereafter as Alysha Corrigan and Lotte Sharp secured the bonus point on 32 minutes.
May Campbell ensured Sarries held a 26-point lead at the break, and Bryony Cleall extended it further after the break before Campbell got her second.
Liz Crake dotted down against her old side to become Saracens’ seventh different scorer of the day before Jess Breach put the gloss on a stunning victory.
