Where to watch the final round of the Rugby World Cup Pool stage

The Rugby World Cup is hotting up as we head into the final round of the Pool Stage, and knockout qualifiers are finally decided.

While many teams have already secured their place in the latter stages, all is still to play for as sides figure out who they will be playing in the quarter finals, and what their route will be to the Final at Twickenham.

Here is all you need to know for the weekend ahead.

SATURDAY

A bumper schedule of four games, across three venues, on Saturday kicks off at 12 pm with the Pool B decider between Canada and Scotland, which you can watch live on BBC Two.

Both nations come into the fixture with two wins from two, though Canada are currently on top of the Pool on points difference.

The North Americans enter the match-up in Exeter as favourites, having dispatched both of their opponents so far while only conceding seven points.

Trailfinders’ Julia Schell leads the tournament’s tries scored chart with six, and starts at full-back, while her new Trailfinders teammate Francesa McGhie is close behind on five and starts on the wing for Scotland.

Next up, the USA take on Samoa in York, available on BBC iPlayer, as the Eagles aim to catch the Wallaroos and surpass them on points difference to qualify for the knockouts.

Exeter Chiefs pair Hope Rogers and Gabby Cantorna both start for the USA, who conceded in the last 10 minutes against the Wallaroos in a nail-biting 31-31 draw in the previous round.

After that, Wales battle with Fiji at Sandy Park live on BBC Two, with both nations looking for their only win of the tournament.

Captains Kate Williams and Alex Callender, of Gloucester-Hartpury and Harlequins, both return to the starting lineup after missing the second round through injury.

Finally, the Red Roses round out a huge Saturday of World Cup action live on BBC Two, aiming for a record-equalling 30th win in a row, against Australia.

Saracens’ Jess Breach is set to earn her 50th cap out wide, while Gloucester-Hartpury’s Alex Matthews captains England with Zoe Aldcroft still recovering from a knee injury.

SUNDAY

The final four games of the pool stage take place on Sunday, with deciders in Pool C and D.

The day kicks off at 12 pm as Spain take on Japan in York, live on BBC iPlayer.

Trailfinders’ Cristina Blanco and Harlequins’ Claudia Peña both start for Las Leonas as they hunt for their first win at the World Cup.

Next up, Italy battle Brazil at Franklin’s Gardens at 2 pm live on BBC iPlayer.

Italy enter the final round following a heartbreaking loss against South Africa. Trailfinders prop Sara Seye starts for Le Azzurre after scoring a try last round against the Springboks Women.

Kicking off at 2:45 pm, Ireland battle the Black Ferns to decide who will top Group C at Brighton & Hove Stadium, live on BBC Two.

Gloucester-Hartpury’s Neve Jones and Trailfinders’ Grace Moore both start for Ireland after their victory over Spain in the last round.

Finally, the Group D decider between France and South Africa at Franklin’s Gardens kicks off at 4:45 pm, live on BBC iPlayer.

Former Harlequin Babalwa Latsha captains South Africa while former Trailfinder Elisa Riffonneau starts on the bench for France.
