Prop Demi Swann has committed her future to Exeter Chiefs Women with a new contract to take her into the 2025/26 season.
The former Warriors Women player arrived at Sandy Park before the 2023/24 season after the Midlands club folded.
The Canadian started playing rugby later in life having originally focused on track and wrestling before taking up the sport at university. She has since been involved in training camps with both Canada and Scotland but has yet to be capped.

Swann said: “I am super grateful for the opportunity to extend my contract with Exeter Chiefs and my time at Sandy Park. The last two years has given me the opportunity to be around some of the best people and athletes, which has helped me grow on and off the pitch. I am looking forward to creating more memories with this group and to continue learning from the best.”
The 29-year-old has made 19 appearances for Chiefs after her debut against Leicester Tigers Women in November 2023.
Interim head coach Steve Salvin said: “Demi was a welcome addition to our squad two years ago. She has a naturally positive nature and works hard on the pitch. She is still eager to hone her craft at loosehead but also has the experience to help us bridge the gap between our international props and younger players, which will be invaluable across a long season.”
