Find Out Which Teams Have Progressed to the PWR Cup Semi-Finals

In the final round of the PWR before the knockout stages, four teams secured wins and their place in the semi-finals.
Exeter Chiefs hosted Trailfinders Women at Sandy Park, securing a 19-5 win for their home fans.
Harlequins travelled to face Gloucester Hartpury in a thrilling battle, resulting in a 41-24 win for the West London side.
Saracens returned to the StoneX Stadium and delivered a dominant 68-7 performance over Leicester Tigers.
Bristol Bears had a tense game against Sale Sharks at Shaftesbury Park but managed to edge them out by three points, with 15-12 being the full-time score.
Amelia MacDougall of Saracens and Ella Cromack of Harlequins were the top points scorers of the round with 18 and 11 points respectively.
Trailfinders’ Niamh Gallagher recorded 111 carry metres, with Bristol’s Ella Lovibond just behind on 102.

Harlequins vs Bristol Bears, Sunday 5th October at 14:00, Twickenham Stoop.
Saracens vs Exeter Chiefs, Sunday 5th October at 14:00, StoneX Stadium.
Other key performances in the PWR Cup included:
- Amelia MacDougall (Saracens) led the round in try assists, with an impressive four in her 80 minutes on the pitch.
- Maisy Allen (Exeter Chiefs), Heidi Pashaei-Tarighoun (Bristol Bears), and Simi Pam (Bristol Bears) were the best tacklers of the round. Allen had a 84% success rate, making 26 successful tackles. The two Bristol players each made 22 successful tackles, putting them in joint second place.
- Simi Pam (Bristol Bears), Phoebe Murray (Bristol Bears), and Charlie Holland (Trailfinders Women) were the top carriers of the round, making 16 each.
- Ella Cromack (Harlequins) topped the round’s statistics for kick metres, with an impressive 556 made.
