Saracens
Jess Breach is raring and ready to go at the Capital Clash.

As Round 13 of the 2025-26 Premiership Women’s Rugby kicks off, all eyes are on one particular fixture: Harlequins vs Saracens. With a rivalry deeper than most, both teams are eager to prove a point, and Jess Breach has experienced it from both sides.
The Red Roses superstar signed for Saracens in 2022, making the leap across London from Harlequins. Since then, Breach has been a key part of an extremely strong Saracens side, described as ‘devastating in attack’.
Being no stranger to the home ground after five years playing there, Breach says:
“The Stoop is amazing and the crowd really gets behind them, so we’re hoping that some Saracens fans will be there to get behind us too!
In the reverse fixture, Saracens outperformed their rivals, sending them home after a sore 47-10 loss. Knowing that Quins will be looking to even the score, Breach emphasised the competitiveness of the derby.
“The London Derby is always a tough battle, regardless of where it is, or whether it’s a regular game or a semi-final. You always want to beat the other London team.”
When asked who she has her eye on, Breach highlighted the impact of Harlequins’ new signing:
“I think Aoife Wafer is a key ball carrier and threat for Harlequins. We really need to keep her quiet to come home with the win.”
