Fixture announcement: The Duel, Sale Sharks double header and Big Game 16 confirmed

One of the red-letter days in the Premiership Women’s Rugby calendar arrives in the latest set of league fixtures announced today - The Duel between Saracens and Harlequins.

The London derby on Sunday 24 November at 3pm opens up the latest set of PWR fixtures confirmed today for Rounds 7-11, taking us up to Christmas.

The game between the London rivals is live on TNT Sports - in Round 7 - on a weekend where we have two fixtures on Saturday and two on Sunday.

The Saturday double-header on 23 November sees Bristol Bears entertain Trailfinders Women and Leicester Tigers make the short trip to cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens to take on Loughborough Lightning.

The feature of Round 8 is a very special day for Sale Sharks as they stage a double header with their men’s Gallagher Premiership Rugby side, against Leicester Tigers on Sunday 1 December. Both games are live on TNT Sports.

The PWR game kicks off first at Noon with the men following on what should be an unforgettable day for the club and PWR at the Salford Community Stadium.

Round 8 kicks off with a Saturday triple-header. Gloucester-Hartpury and Bristol Bears staged a rerun of the 2024 Final at Kingsholm, followed by Saracens hosting Loughborough Lightning. Saturday 30 November draws to a close at the Twickenham Stoop when Trailfinders Women make the short trip to take on Harlequins. 

Ashton Gate stages another match live on TNT Sports in Round 9 when Exeter Chiefs make the short trip to take on the Bears on Saturday 7 December. Also on Saturday Saracens travel to Leicester Tigers and Sale Sharks make the journey to London to face Trailfinders Women.

Round 9 draws to a close on Sunday 8 December when our champions, Gloucester-Hartpury head to Northampton to face Loughborough Lightning.

Loughborough Lightning entertain Harlequins in Round 10 live on TNT Sports on Saturday 14 December, kicking off at 3.05pm. Earlier in the day, at Noon, Trailfinders Women host Exeter Chiefs and at 3pm Saracens head to Gloucester-Hartpury.

Bristol Bears bring the curtain down on Round 10 as they face Sale Sharks on Sunday 15 December, kicking off 2pm.

Big Game 16 draws 2024 to a close for PWR in Round 11 when Leicester Tigers head to Allianz Stadium, Twickenham, to take on Harlequins in a match which broke a new world record for club attendance in 2023.

The game is once again part of a double header with the men's team, the PWR clash kicking off at 3pm.
